A premier chemical manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Lead Chemical Operator to join their growing team! This is an amazing opportunity to work with a team that drives innovation across consumer markets like pharmaceuticals, food, and personal care.
Schedule:2-2-3 split rotation, 4p-4a, Training is on first shift
Type of Job:Temp to Hire
Location:Dayton, OH
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the team - makes sure all tasks are performed by team members and production quotas are met
- Coach team members as needed
- Assist with training new operators
- Safely operate chemical production equipment
- Manually mix chemical ingredients
- Monitor chemical processes
- Ensure products meet quality standards
- Perform routine equipment inspections
Record production data
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of chemical operation experience
- Able to work flexible schedule
