The Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. It handles Aftermarket Parts Distribution, Integrated Logistics, procurement, design, and manufacturing of Wear Components and Maintenance Components. PSLD’s priority is customer service and innovation.

What You Will Do

The Caterpillar Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is seeking Warehouse Associates at the Clayton Distribution Center, 6300 Kimmel Road, Clayton, OH 45315. As a Warehouse Associate you will support customers by moving parts from our distribution centers to their destinations. Your tasks include sorting parts, building protective carriers, and operating equipment such as reach trucks and cherry pickers.

Responsibilities
  • Safely perform material handling and warehousing processes for receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Operate a handheld scanner to receive, count, and process orders.
  • Receive training on and operate cherry/order pickers, reach trucks, sit‑down forklifts, and overhead cranes/hoists – not all positions operate equipment.
  • Report defects and repair needs.
  • Use pneumatic and power tools to build wooden shipping containers.
  • Apply paint and rust preventive coatings.
  • Perform housekeeping functions as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.

    Demonstrated longevity of at least twelve consecutive months in previous employment. Top candidates will have experience on cherry/order picker, reach truck, and/or sit‑down forklift.

  • Night shift premium of $1.50 per hour for second and third shift.

    Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm.
