Position OverviewWe are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Admissions & Outreach Manager to expand the reach and impact of our disability support services across Iowa. This role blends business development, community outreach, marketing collaboration, and partnership cultivation to ensure adults with disabilities are connected to high-quality, person-centered services.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to attract new adult clients across Iowa.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and referral partners.
- Conduct market analysis to identify referral sources, including integrated health systems, managed care organizations, and human services agencies.
- Utilize inbound and outbound outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and in-person networking.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with prospective partners and referral sources.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and community leaders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new business inquiries.
- Represent the organization with professionalism, compassion, and credibility.
- Collaborate with program and marketing teams to create effective outreach materials and presentations.
- Attend conferences, workshops, and community events throughout Iowa to promote services and strengthen visibility.
- Develop an annual business development plan with clear goals, measurable outcomes, and strategic objectives.
- Track and analyze outreach efforts using a CRM system.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to the leadership team.
- Monitor service delivery feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with internal teams to strengthen lead conversion processes.
- Stay current on Iowa state laws, regulations, and funding policies related to disability services.
- Develop sustainability strategies to support long-term financial viability.
- Assist with proposal development for new and expanding opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, or related field.
- Minimum three years of business development or sales experience, preferably within nonprofit or healthcare sectors.
- Experience working with Medicaid and/or Medicare systems preferred.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and building partnerships.
- Knowledge of Iowa's disability services landscape strongly preferred.
- Passion for serving adults with disabilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives under time constraints.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ethical judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM technologies.
- Valid Iowa driver's license and reliable transportation for in-state travel.

Within the first year, the Admissions & Outreach Manager will work with the COO to establish three to six key performance indicators, including but not limited to:
- Number of new referral sources identified
- Growth in inbound inquiries
- Event and workshop participation
- Average lead nurturing time
- Conversion rate by lead source
- Initial contact-to-assessment rate
- Number of new clients onboarded
