• Provide bank customers with information about accounts in person or over the phone.
• Manage a cash drawer and successfully balance at the end of the day.
• Process a variety of account transactions for business and consumer accounts.
• Provides primary coverage for incoming telephone calls.
• Greets and direct walk-in customer traffic.
• Ask questions to triage and direct phone and in-person inquiries.
• Responsible for mail retrieval and disbursement, and clerical functions to support various departments.
• Cross-sell bank products when applicable to benefit the customer.

• Full-time hours:
  Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM
• Saturdays 7:45 AM - 12:00 Noon approximately every other Saturday;
  Saturday shift bonus pay available
• Candidates will be expected to be flexible with scheduling based upon the needs of the Bank.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in PC usage and standard office applications, experience with multi-line phone
• Excellent customer service and communication skills;
• Basic accounting skills, cash handling, and/or previous teller experience is preferred but not required.
