ResponsibilitiesClear Lake Bank & Trust Company is hiring an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor. This position is primarily responsible for completing all documents necessary for the processing and closing of real estate loans. The ideal candidate is customer service focused and has a proved track record of accuracy and precision in completing highly detailed work. We are looking for a candidate with a high degree of professionalism, steadfast integrity, and is highly organized.
Clear Lake Bank & Trust Company is an independent community bank in Clear Lake, Iowa with an office in Garner, Iowa and two offices in Mason City, Iowa.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associates Degree preferred. - Two (2) or more years of experience in banking preferred
- Two (2) or more years of experience with real estate lending preferred
- Ability to develop, foster, and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of people within the organization as well as with external customers and vendors
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Ability to work maintaining composure under the stress of deadlines and changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Internet and PC proficiency; ability to learn, understand, and assimilate new technology knowledge
