Applicants should hold an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license. Prior LPN experience is preferable but a willingness to learn and investment from the employer is welcomed.

As an LPN, you will ensure our residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by their care plans, conduct resident assessments, serve as a team leader, and advocate for residents to ensure their comfort and safety.
