As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your duties include supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, helping to instill a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained, and ensuring adequate staffing for residents’ needs.

A minimum of an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
