Clear Lake, IA, USA - 2101 12th Avenue S

Shift: Sunday, 4:30 pm–1 am;
Monday to Thursday, 5:30 pm–2 am (OT mandatory if required).

Competitive base pay of $33 /hr along with a $1.50 /hr shift differential and a signing bonus of $2000. This position is also benefit eligible.

McKesson’s temperature‑controlled distribution center in Clear Lake, IA is hiring a Sr Facilities Representative. The role requires repair experience and knowledge of complex facility systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform technical tasks across a wide range of equipment. The selected candidate will communicate professionally with all levels of staff and manage maintenance work for both building and distribution equipment.

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs of internal and external areas.
• Oversee and support service and repair of conveyor systems and other distribution equipment.
• Execute troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Assist with minor tasks such as picking up garbage and maintaining a clean work environment.

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.

• Facility, maintenance, or service technician experience.
• Troubleshooting and repair experience with a variety of equipment in a distribution center.
• Knowledge and safe usage of hand tools, power tools, conveyors, forklifts, pressure gauges, and voltmeters.
• Basic exposure to warehouse work environments.
• Basic exposure to mechanical, electrical, millwright, HVAC, and other trades.
• Knowledge of lock‑out/tag‑out and OHSHA procedures.
• Work‑order experience preferred.
• Experience operating power equipment; training available for certified individuals.
• Openness to assist with minor tasks such as garbage removal.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Includes standing, sitting, walking, general labor, ladder use, scissor lift, forklift use, and climbing up to four stories in a warehouse environment.
• May work at heights and in cold areas at times.

Base pay range for this position: $21.74 – $36.24 per hour. Other compensation such as an annual bonus or long‑term incentive opportunities may be offered.
