Location: One Vision Thrift Solutions - Clear Lake, IA

Hours: 20-25 hrs per week (8 am - 2 pm)

, you'll help transform donated items into opportunities that support One Vision's mission while keeping valuable goods out of landfills.

Whether you're sorting donations, preparing merchandise for wholesale, or helping keep our warehouse running smoothly, every task you complete helps create a cleaner, more efficient operation that supports individuals and communities across Iowa.

Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities may include:

• Sort donated merchandise by quality, category, and seasonal relevance.
• Identify and separate high-value items for additional review.
• Prepare products for baling, loading, and shipment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the day.
• Move materials, cardboard, and trash to designated areas.
• Assist with product flow to keep operations running efficiently.
• Report supply needs and equipment concerns to leadership.
• Maintain quality standards while completing work accurately and efficiently.
• Support other departments, including direct support services, when needed.

• Can adapt to changing priorities and busy production days.
• Is dependable and values strong attendance.
• Communicates professionally and respectfully with coworkers.
• Can follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.

Previous warehouse, production, stockroom, or retail backroom experience is helpful-but not required. We'll provide the training you need to be successful.

This position is active throughout the day and may require:

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving donated merchandise.
• Working safely in a warehouse and production environment.
• Working flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
