We are looking for an ambitious individual wanting to pursue a career path in the supply‑chain industry. You will be responsible for overseeing and meeting due dates for goods and materials used within an aluminum extrusion company.

• Procurement support within a manufacturing business, including but not limited to new and existing products.
• Issuing purchase orders and tracking orders.
• Oversee and process purchase orders from issuance to payment of invoice; responsible for resolving invoice issues that relate to purchase order discrepancies such as pricing and quantity on an ongoing basis, with monthly reconciliation required.
• Forecast and plan for material requirements as demand fluctuates through our system.
• Familiarity with inventory turns, shipping, receiving, MRO and PPE, expediting and inventory turns.
• Knowledge of receiving goods, purchase orders, inventory, and stock placement, VMI, MRO, PPE.
• Oversight of specific queries that relate to the Purchasing Department.

• Basic understanding of MRP and ERP systems.
• Spanish and English-speaking a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of supplier selection and quoting.
• General understanding of supply‑chain processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Prior and/or current education within the Supply‑Chain Management (SCM) industry is highly desired.
• Sourcing, negotiation and buying goods and services that meet our company's operational requirements.
• Self‑manage and prioritize tasks as demand and material visibility fluctuate.
