We’re currently looking for caring, committed preschool teachers to join our play‑based learning environment, where we focus on supporting the whole‑child’s growth and development.

• Lower Student‑Teacher Ratios:
  Our classrooms maintain a 1:10 ratio—much lower than the typical 1:16–19 at most childcare centers.
• Work‑Life Balance:
  All shifts are Monday through Friday, with no nights, no weekends, and major holidays off.

  We’re currently hiring for the following full‑time shifts.
• 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM, 7:40‑4:40 or 11:00 AM‑6:00 PM.
• Positive, Supportive Culture:
  We’re seeking long‑term team members who are excited to build relationships and grow with us.

You must genuinely love working with children and have the patience and energy to keep up with curious, active preschoolers aged 3–5. This role includes:

• Following daily lesson plans and activities.
• Providing nurturing, attentive care.
• Creating positive, engaging interactions.
• Actively supervising and ensuring safety.

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a fingerprint/background check through Child Care Licensing.
• Obtain or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit.
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to get certified).
• Complete CDA certification within one year (we offer professional development support).
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be on your feet for most of the shift.

We’d love to schedule a working interview with you! These are typically one hour and held between 8:00–11:00 AM or at 3:00 PM. If needed, we’re happy to work with you to find a time that fits.
