Principal Facilities Engineer – Level 3 or Senior Principal Facilities Engineer – Level 4.
Location:
On Site, Clearfield, UT. Shift: Weekends C-Shift (6 AM – 6:30 PM).
- Schedule contractors and provide SOW.
- Take ownership of equipment—write PM plans, manage critical spare parts.
- Conduct annual E‑FMEA on assigned equipment.
- Organize time, projects, and resources.
- Communicate machine downtime and engage cross‑functional teams.
- Support operations IPT.
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) and at least 5 years of engineering experience in one or more of the following fields:
Power Systems, Power, Electrical, Electronics, Construction, Mechanical Design, Facilities, Operations, Aerospace, Control. - Or Master’s degree in STEM with at least 3 years of experience in the aforementioned fields.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
- Ability to obtain Special Program Access.
- Ability to support the Weekends C‑Shift (Friday‑Sunday, 6 AM – 6:30 PM).
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and at least 8 years of engineering experience in the fields listed above.
- Or Master’s degree in STEM with at least 6 years of experience.
- Or PhD in STEM with at least 3 years of experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
- Ability to obtain Special Program Access.
- Ability to support the Weekends C‑Shift (Friday‑Sunday, 6 AM – 6:30 PM).
- Experience supporting high‑rate manufacturing facilities from a maintenance function.
- Experience with industrial automation equipment (robots, conveyors, machining centers, etc.).
- Troubleshooting electrical controls and 24‑volt systems.
- Knowledge of Beckhoff, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Kuka, Fanuc.
- Experience with VFDs and servo‑controlled systems.
- Interpret building and utility drawings and implement revisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills managing time, projects, and resources.
- Applied knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Primary Level Salary Range: $89,400.00 – $.
- Secondary Level Salary Range: $ – $.
- Additional compensation may include overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and long‑term incentives for VP/Director positions.
