Working Hours: Standard MST

Pay Range: 75-85/hr.

Must-haves:

7+ years of engineering experience within the following (Master's Degree accounts for 2 years of experience):

- Any experience/understanding with Model Based Systems Engineering concepts with CAMEO, DOORS, SysML, Rhapsody, etc...

- Experience with in architecture development and requirement management

- Experience with integrated requirements into existing acquisition lifecycle phases, milestones, and deliverables with system engineering principles

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics

- Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SAP and TS

- Ability to sit on site at Hill AFB daily (Clearfield, UT)

Plusses:

- Experience with in Hypersonic Interceptors, Ballistic Missile Defense or ICBM programs

- Experience with Pre-Milestone A and Milestone A acquisition experience

- Any experience with AFOTEC or related organization of the DoD

- Any experience with DoE National Laboratories or related organizations (Los Alamos, Lawrence Livermore, Sandi, etc.)

- Master's Degree

- Active TS or TSSCI Clearance

- Previous SAP Clearance

- Any ICBM or RS/RV experience

Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared Systems Engineer to join one of their top defense clients at Hill Air Force Base supporting a large defensive weaponry program. Currently, this program is in Pre-Milestone A and are preparing various acquisition documents for the customer to establish the baseline of this program as it prepares for Milestone

A. This individual will provide the technical information for the technical writing team to review documents to meet DAU standards. Additionally, they will provide analysis for complex requirements, specification documents, designs, architectures, and engineering proposals related to Systems Engineering disciplines across multiple organizations. As the acquisition documents become solidified for the programs foundation, this individual will turn to support the reviewing and analyzing of various tests being performed for the program as well as monitor material usage, CDRL's, workshop coding architecture, document algorithm design etc.
