Clearance required:

US Government Secret. Travel: 10% of the time.

• Resources and discretionary budgets management, including Aerostructures Capital Budgeting, execution and reporting; support Aerostructure Non-contractual Technical Activity (NCTA) budgets and scope; develop and report on Aerostructures Indirect Budgets; maintain Direct Labor Allocations infrastructure and budgets.
• Perform FPR&A responsibilities: support monthly/quarterly financial reporting and planning processes, including financial forecasting, working capital analysis, profitability and EAC analysis, and other reporting and analysis; support monthly and quarterly close activities.
• Support development of Long-Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) and Annual Operating Plans (AOP); support initiatives and ad hoc requests from Program, Division, and Sector leadership; provide systems support for NG Financial Planning tool; support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and documentation; coordinate with functional business management teams to develop strategies to improve financial performance.
• Develop and present financial presentations to Program and Division leadership.

• For Level 3:
  Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of Finance, Accounting and/or Business-related experience, or Master’s degree with 3 years of experience. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance.
• For Level 4:
  Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of Finance, Accounting and/or Business-related experience, or Master’s degree with 6 years of experience. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• Expertise in financial analysis and forecasting in Aerospace and Defense industry.
• Experience with Financial and Business systems (SAP, Cognos) and NGFP.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools.
• Strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of EVMS, FAR/DFARS, and ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Active US Government Secret or higher Clearance.

• Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400 - $122,000.
• Secondary Level Salary Range: $101,400 - $152,200.
• Eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and annual bonus.
