Branch Manager

Lend Nation is currently seeking an energetic, positive, customer service driven individual to join our team as a Branch Manager

This position will work at Branch 0709 located at 290 N Main St Clearfield, UT 84015.

• Conduct customer transactions while ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times
• Supervise, coach and train branch employees
• Manage and control cash flow, audit, balance, and bank
• Maintain branch safety and security standards
• Document, resolve, or refer customer and associate comments and complaints to obtain proper resolution
• Monitor and report branch financial performance and meet all branches’ operating, profitability goals and objectives
• Lead collection efforts on past‑due loans
• Ensure loans are in compliance with company and federal, state, and local laws

• Excellent customer service and time‑management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role
• Ability to train, coach, and develop employees
• Experience in customer service, banking, cash handling or collections preferred
• Safe, secure, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Predictable and reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the position
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States
• Bilingual is a plus
