Typical 2026 salary range: $82,830 - $128,042 per year (includes locality).

Areas of Consideration (AOC): Installation-wide (Hill AFB).

• Contracting Officer Representative (COR) experience and contract management experience.
• Experience working with and managing an Enterprise Services Contract.
• Strong background in program management reviews, funding reviews, and document & process information control.

• Develop, implement, and control contractual, financial, and technical aspects of a project/program through acquisition cycle phases.
• Serve as a technical authority; provide oversight and management of assigned projects/programs and their execution status.
• Work with contracting officer to approve terms and conditions in contract negotiations, plans, budgets, and scope changes.
• Assess progress in assigned projects/programs including cost estimates, schedules, and performance requirements.
• Establish management controls such as milestones, expenditure rates, management indicators, and reviews to reflect program status and early problem detection.
• Serve on or lead integrated product teams and working groups of various functional disciplines to develop acquisition streamlining proposals and implementation plans.
• Represent the organization at executive levels within the government and to contractor/industry representatives; deliver presentations on status, accomplishments, challenges, support requirements, and advocacy of objectives.

• Depending on the type of position, you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period or 2-year trial period.
• Upon completion of probation/trial period, employment will be terminated unless you receive certification stating your continued employment advances the public interest.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
• Position requires incumbent to achieve a Practitioner level in the Acquisition Professional Development Program in Program Management within 4 years.
• Required to handle and safeguard sensitive and/or classified information in accordance with regulations to reduce potential compromise; obtain and maintain appropriate clearance.
• Position is a Drug Testing position.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable software systems supporting Program Management activities.
• Required to file OGE Form 450, Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, upon appointment and annually thereafter (Ethics in Government Act, 1978).
