Pay: $18–$22, based on experience
Peak Era ABA () is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a supportive and growing ABA practice. This is a great opportunity for professionals who are excited to provide meaningful, individualized care and thrive in a collaborative clinical environment.
RBTs play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavior therapy to children and families. You’ll work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans and help clients build essential skills.
Responsibilities- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home or community settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect and document accurate data on client progress
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Communicate professionally with families and team members
- Active RBT certification preferred
- Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields
- Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
- A compassionate and patient approach to care
- Ability to pass background checks and meet other compliance requirements
