Target Digital Network Analyst; TDNA - levels - Clearance and Polygraph

Overview

JCAC, XKS, Dx, 8140, 8570, OSI, Wire Shark, port, protocol, packets, exploitation. Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads
• Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps
• Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets  communications, network usage and digital footprints
• Apply knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions
• Be part of a team, working with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise
• Apply innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights
• Distill, document, contextualize and share findings—including any new tradecraft developed—with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers

• Required:
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
  • This position is open to multiple levels of years of experience; two (02) years within the last five (05) years must be directly related to the job you are applying for
  • Level 04 requires a minimum fifteen (15) years of applicable / relevant experience
  • Level 03 requires a minimum twelve (12) years of applicable / relevant experience
  • Level 02 requires a minimum nine (09) years of applicable / relevant experience
  • Level 01 requires a minimum six (06) years of applicable / relevant experience
  • Relevant experience includes aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, knowledge of customer tool sets and databases)
  • Foreign language proficiency may be used to satisfy experience requirements
  • Relevant experience could also be in computer or information systems design/development/analysis, including hardware/software engineering, programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, and/or network and systems administration
  • Completion of military training in JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course) will be considered towards the relevant experience

• JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course), Network+, Security+, CEH, Microsoft Networking, CNA, CISSP, ISSEP, CISA certifications
• Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• DOD 8140 / DOD 8570 Certifications
