Technical Advisor – Full‑Time

E.L. Blake Corporation is seeking a full‑time Technical Advisor to join our team at Hill AFB, Utah. The role is ideal for professionals who thrive on solving problems, leading technical direction, and making a real‑world impact.

Compensation: $70,000–$95,000 annually. Benefits include:

• Degree in IT/Computer Science or 4 years of equivalent experience
• Experience in DoD or mission‑critical IT environments
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills

Preferred experience:

familiarity with Air Force mission planning systems, managing distributed teams, and knowledge of DoD infrastructure and cybersecurity requirements.

As the technical anchor of the program, you will guide System Support Representatives across locations, ensuring they have the direction and support to meet mission objectives. Your duties include overseeing deployments and modernization efforts, troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring compliance and performance, collaborating closely with leadership and government partners, and driving consistency and continuous improvement across the entire operation.

Full‑time position located at Hill AFB, Utah, supporting mission planning operations and aligned with standard work schedules.
