Northrop Grumman is currently seeking either a Maintenance Technician Level 3 Lead or Maintenance Technician Level 4 Lead to support our Maintenance Team on site at our ACCE Facility Clearfield, Utah location.
Role Description & ResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance Technician Level 3 or 4 Lead is responsible for maintaining production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by leading a team of technicians to support our operations production team.
The selected Maintenance Technician will perform repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities, or on machines and equipment. The lead will also give training and leadership to all lower-level technicians. Typically performs work in one or more of the maintenance trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting, machine and equipment repair, electrical, sheet metal fabrication, and welding.
Job Duties- Lead a team of five or more in maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment
- Perform mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting on all equipment
- Perform routine mechanical / electrical / electronic preventative maintenance on plant equipment, including our CNC and automated machines, Boilers, Autoclaves, HVAC systems, General lighting, Air compressors, Hydraulic systems, Overhead Cranes etc.
- Job activities align with that of a typical Millwright position
- Other duties to support Maintenance Team as assigned
- Shift as follows:
Dayshift 2/3/2 rotating 12-hour shift - Hours:
6:00 AM-6:30 PM
- High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of experience working in the manufacturing industry as an Electrical / Mechanical Industrial Maintenance Technician or Millwright
- Must have experience leading a team or being a team lead.
- Ability to obtain and maintain DOD Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access
- High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of experience working in the manufacturing industry as an Electrical / Mechanical Industrial Maintenance Technician or Millwright
