REPORTS TO: Department Manager with direction from Team Captain
SHIFT DAYS /
HOURS:
Monday – Friday, 6 a.m. – 3 p.m.*

Bonnell Aluminum is seeking a motivated 2026 high school graduate for a summer internship with an interest in machining and the manufacturing industry. This hands‑on opportunity will give students exposure to modern machining processes, production environments, and real-world manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, safety‑conscious, and eager to develop technical skills while working alongside experienced professionals.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:- Operating various types of machinery including (but not limited to): CNC machines, Fanuc Robots, Automated Cells, Production CTL saws, Punch Presses, Bending machines.
- Moving material throughout the manufacturing environment.
- Maintaining all specified tolerances per instructions and drawings.
- Inspiring others to work efficiently, defuse conflict, and make good decisions.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy loads.
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers).
- Maintain excellent attendance.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision.
- Able to work overtime, as needed.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Pass company background check and drug screen.
