Manufacturing Technician 1 / 2 – Clearfield, UT

Yes, 10% of the time.

This position supports our B shift (4/10 schedule, WEEKDAY NIGHTS) production line. The role may be at Technician Level1 or Level2 depending on qualifications.

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will work on next‑generation composite structures, performing fabrication of composite hardware. Tasks include hand layup, bonding, assembly, trimming, and final finishing. You may work in team or individually. You will develop skills to produce products that meet customer expectations.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Ability to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work including bending, stooping, kneeling, carrying tools, lifting up to 35 pounds and working overhead
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Must successfully complete and pass the "ASTAR New Hire Training / Compliance" within a reasonable time period

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Ability to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work including bending, stooping, kneeling, carrying tools, lifting up to 35 pounds and working overhead
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Must successfully complete and pass the "ASTAR New Hire Training / Compliance" within a reasonable time period

• Composite experience and/or certification
• Aerospace assembly
• Demonstrated ability using standard measuring equipment and power hand tools
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical specifications and operating procedures
