Responsibilities- Assist with implementation and enforcement of safety policies and procedures
- Conduct safety inspections and audits
- Support OSHA compliance and safety training initiatives
- Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain safety documentation and reports
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the facility
- Previous experience in manufacturing safety coordination or EHS roles
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
