Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Project Management/ Principal Project Management Specialist to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is 100% onsite and located in Clearfield/Layton UT. This position is seeking a highly motivated, strong communicator to join the Global Supply Chain Program Management (GSCPM) team. Responsibilities:
* Create, document, and maintain formal supply-and-demand plans that align with program goals, business-unit objectives, and corporate priorities.
* Identify critical material gaps early, develop corrective actions, and recover program schedules and budgets.
* Continuously assess shifting program needs; prioritize tasks to meet changing delivery timelines and resource constraints.
* Draft and maintain detailed project plans that integrate supply-chain milestones with overall program schedules, risk registers, and opportunity logs.
* Drive end-to-end delivery execution across multiple campuses, ensuring that final-leg shipments meet timing, quality, and compliance standards.
* Ensure supplier production and shipping schedules with program, business-unit, and corporate targets; negotiate adjustments to minimize bottlenecks.
* Identify, document, and mitigate supply-chain risks; capture and pursue improvement opportunities that enhance cost, schedule, or performance.
* Partner with PMO, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and other campus teams to resolve issues that span multiple sites and functions.
* Prepare and deliver concise briefings for internal and external decision-makers, including manufacturing center of excellence reviews, leadership boards, and customer meetings.

* Must have a Bachelor's degree with 2 years, Master's degree, or in lieu of degree 6 years of experience.
* Experience must be in the following:
Supply Chain, Project Management, Proposals and/or Capture Efforts, Resource Planning, Accounting, Program Management, Program Scheduling, Program Cost Analysis, Finance, Business Management or Material Requirements Planning.
* Must have an ACTIVE DoD Secret security clearance and ability to obtain/maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable time deemed by business needs
* Experience with SAP or related application software (i.e. ERP, MRP) Basic Qualifications (Level
3)
* Must have a Bachelor's degree with 5 years, Master's degree with 3 years, or in lieu of degree 9 years of experience.
