Sign‑on bonus for Full and Part‑time RN/LPN.

We need a Pediatric Home Health Nurse to provide specialized care to children in their homes. Responsibilities include medication administration, IV fluids, specialized feedings, respiratory care (trach, ventilator, oxygen), ADLs, bathing, and feeding. Work with families, caregivers, and other health professionals to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care.

• Work under the supervision of a Pediatric RN Case Manager.
• Provide direct patient care as defined by the state Nurse Practice Act and agency policies.
• Carry out the plan of care.
• Teach and counsel families on medication, treatment regimens, and self‑care techniques.
• Submit necessary documentation per Harmony policy and regulations.
• Evaluate outcomes of care and inform physicians and staff of changes in client needs.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy requirements.
• Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills.
• Communicate the mission, ethics, and goals of Harmony Home Health and Hospice.

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Utah RN or LPN license.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable automobile for transportation.
• Background check and drug screen required upon hire.
• Current TB test, CPR card, driver’s license, and automobile insurance.
