Registered Nurse

Role:

Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, supervising LPN staff, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations within a wellness clinic setting.

• Deliver nursing care to students within scope of practice and authorized by medical providers.
• Supervise and train LPN staff, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
• Manage student health needs, including immunizations and chronic care management.
• Conduct health record audits, participate in quality improvement, and develop SOPs.
• Coordinate healthcare services, monitor student health, and assist with staff evaluations.
• Prepare reports, manage injury records, and support staff training.
• Provide guidance and support for urgent medical situations, including after-hours calls and on-call duties.

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.
• Experience working with youth preferred.
• Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
