Inspiration Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under physician orders and the plan of care. You will perform initial evaluations, develop and revise the plan of care, and document care with timely progress notes and summaries.
The role requires a nursing license in the applicable state(s), and clinical experience with patient assessment, care coordination, and education. On-call nights, weekends and holidays may be required.
