• Inspect, maintain, and build new buildings.
• Perform general maintenance, installation, repair, and service.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and semiannual roof inspections at various sites.
• Effectively use hand and power tools.
• Collaborate with other technicians on complex projects.
• Complete work requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Track company truck and gas card usage.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U‑Haul education through U‑Haul University.

• Experience in electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing, or landscaping.
• Valid driver’s license.
• D.O.T. certification (sponsored by U‑Haul).

The work involves moderate risks requiring special safety precautions such as protective clothing, masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Work requires moderate physical exertion, including long periods indoors and outdoors, moving a minimum of 50 lbs (assisted or unassisted).
