Job Summary
Lifetime Products is currently seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Complete light electrical work (fixtures, outlets, switches, bulbs)
- Perform light plumbing repairs (leaks, drains, fixtures)
- Basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs
- HVAC support such as filter changes
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly
- Maintain tools and ensure safe work practices
- Coordinate with vendors for larger repairs when necessary
- 6 months experience preferred.
- Positive attitude. Highly motivated self starter.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Must have valid clean Utah driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, and climb ladders as needed
