Occupational Therapist - Travel

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Clearlake, CA.

Plan and deliver individualized treatment for patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities; participate in interdisciplinary care; and document progress according to facility and regulatory standards.

• Master's or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) degree from an accredited program;
  Bachelor's acceptable if license obtained prior to January 2007 or foreign equivalent.
• Active California Occupational Therapy license.
• Minimum one year of home health experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proficiency with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) electronic documentation system.
• CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
• Valid Driver's License and at least 21 years of age.

• Previous hospital setting experience.

• Shift hours: 0800 – 1600.
• Work schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 5 days per week, 8‑hour shifts.
• No weekends and no on‑call required.

Serve patients in a hospital environment while contributing to interdisciplinary care plans. Support patient independence through evidence‑based occupational therapy interventions, thorough documentation, and coordination with care teams to meet clinical and regulatory goals.
