ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver individualized treatment for patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities; participate in interdisciplinary care; and document progress according to facility and regulatory standards.
Minimum Qualifications- Master's or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) degree from an accredited program;
Bachelor's acceptable if license obtained prior to January 2007 or foreign equivalent. - Active California Occupational Therapy license.
- Minimum one year of home health experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Proficiency with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) electronic documentation system.
- CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
- Valid Driver's License and at least 21 years of age.
- Previous hospital setting experience.
- Shift hours: 0800 – 1600.
- Work schedule:
Monday through Friday, 5 days per week, 8‑hour shifts. - No weekends and no on‑call required.

Serve patients in a hospital environment while contributing to interdisciplinary care plans. Support patient independence through evidence‑based occupational therapy interventions, thorough documentation, and coordination with care teams to meet clinical and regulatory goals.
