Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to women from childbearing years through geriatric stages and to infants up to 28 days of life.
- Supervise and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective patient management.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and their families.
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately in accordance with facility policies.
- Engage in patient and family education to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the Women's Care Unit.
