Obstetrics, Pediatric Nurse
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (12-hour shifts)
36 hours per week
Every other weekend required
Position Summary & Responsibilities:Provide nursing care in Labor & Delivery, postpartum, and newborn settings
Manage laboring patients and assist with deliveries
Monitor maternal and newborn status and respond to changes
Administer medications and treatments per protocols
Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on care and recovery
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety
Requirements:Active RN license (State of California)
BLS certification (AHA)
NRP certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
Minimum 3–4 years recent Labor & Delivery experience
Strong labor and postpartum experience
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Preferred Qualifications:ACLS, STABLE, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
Nursery experience (any level)
Basic computer skills
Additional Notes:No call required; no floating required
Every other weekend required
Must maintain required certifications
Must meet vaccination and E-Verify requirements
