Hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager to work in a Home Health facility in Clearlake, California
Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager
Must have at least more than 1 year of Home Health experience experience
Coverage area is Lake County, CA
Must have HCHB software experience
Must have OASIS experience
Contract:
10 weeks
Start: ASAP
These contracts extended very often
Day Shift
40 hours per week
Any travel between sites will be paid at the government rate for mileage
1st 8h
Pay Rate:
$67.88 - $70.88 per hour
