Full-Time Shifts Available- 6:30 AM – 3 PM
- 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 10:30 PM – 7 AM
Meadowood Nursing Center, a 99-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in beautiful Clearlake, California, is currently seeking compassionate and motivated LVNs to join our team.

We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a current California LVN license
- Has current BLS/CPR certification or can obtain it during orientation
- Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Communicates well with residents, families, physicians, and team members
- Demonstrates strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Has a genuine passion for patient advocacy and resident care
- Providing nursing care within LVN scope of practice
- Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy
- Monitoring and reporting resident condition changes
- Supporting CNAs and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Participating in infection control and quality improvement programs
- Conducting patient and family education
- Carrying out physician orders in accordance with state regulations
- Current California LVN license required
- BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Long-term care or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required
