- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 10:30 PM- 7:00 AM
$7,000 Sign-On Bonus (Details provided during the interview process)
Join Meadowood Nursing Center—We’re Hiring RNs!Meadowood Nursing Center, a 99-bed long-term care and skilled rehabilitation facility located in scenic Clearlake, California, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team.
Compensation & Benefits- $55–$62 per hour (based on experience)

- CPR/BLS certified (or able to obtain during orientation)

Key Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care within scope of practice in accordance with physician orders, policies, and regulatory guidelines
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to appropriate departments
- Participate in infection control and quality improvement programs
- Educate patients and families
- Transcribe and implement physician orders (per Nurse Practice Act)
- Collaborate with physicians, including participating in rounds as needed
