Requirements:
- Valid RN License
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience in Women's Health or related nursing field
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients throughout their childbearing years and for infants up to 28 days of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Administer medications and IV fluids according to established protocols.
- Assess patients based on age-specific needs and develop individual care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in clinical records.
- Lead and delegate tasks to nursing team members under supervision.
Compliance / Notes:
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and competencies as required by healthcare governing bodies.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment.
