Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery
Provides specialized nursing care in labor and delivery settings, supporting patients through childbirth and postpartum processes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions during labor and delivery.
- Implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and families on childbirth and postpartum care.
- Ensure safety protocols and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and complications.
- Minimum 1-2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience.
- Current RN licensure.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, adhere to safety standards, and support positive birth outcomes.
