• 3‑4 years of night experience, primarily nights; occasional day shift coverage possible.
• Strong labor and delivery experience; comfortable with postpartum care.
• Experience with newborn stabilization skills; STABLE strongly recommended.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least one year of labor & delivery experience, nursery experience, and postpartum experience.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current California RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification within six months of employment and recertified every two years.
• ACLS & STABLE preferred; all RN in certain services must be initially certified within six months and recertified every two years.
• NRP and hospital conscious sedation certification if required; initial certification within six months and recertified every two years.
• Familiarize with crash cart as required.

Category 1 exposure to blood/body fluids: tasks that involve risk of contact with blood or body fluids require protective measures.

Pay:
Based on 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week; subject to confirmation; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
