• Work setting: OR circulator duties in a surgical services environment

• Provide intraoperative nursing care as the OR Circulator, supporting the surgical team during procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique, manage instrumentation, equipment readiness, and positioning to ensure patient safety.
• Monitor patient status throughout the case, communicate with the surgical team, and document intraoperative events and decisions per protocol.
• Assist with counts, specimen labeling, and supplies, and support perioperative workflow and turnover between cases.
• Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical staff while respecting scopes of practice and institutional policies; adapt to evolving intraoperative needs.

• Active Registered Nurse license in California
• Experience as an OR Circulator or in an operating room setting preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work 4x10-hour day shifts in a fast-paced OR environment
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN), with eligibility to practice in California
• Strong teamwork, critical thinking, and vigilance for patient safety in perioperative care
