Start Date: April 13, 2026
End Date: July 12, 2026
Shift: Day Shift (06:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
Schedule: 36 hours/week (3x12s)
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Call: Not required
Float: Not required
Facility OverviewFacility offers a supportive, team-oriented setting with:
24/7 hospitalist coverage
Tele-pharmacy support (after hours)
Transitioning from Cerner → Epic (2026)
Your RoleAs an RN in the Women’s Care Unit, you will:
Provide care across labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn (up to 28 days)
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Monitor fetal status and respond to emergent situations
Educate patients and families with compassion and clarity
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Requirements3–4 years of Labor & Delivery experience (required)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Certifications:
BLS (required)
NRP (required)
ACL S (preferred)
STABLE (preferred)
Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (required within 6 months if not current)
Frequent patient handling (lifting, transferring up to 50 lbs)
High-alert clinical setting with exposure to blood/body fluids
Use of equipment including fetal monitoring (Fetal Link), Pyxis, and EMR systems
