Spread Your Wings LLC – ILS Services is hiring an Independent Living Life Skills Coach in Ukiah–Clearlake for a part-time role that supports individuals with developmental disabilities to gain independence through practical training and compassionate mentorship.
You will spend most of your time in the field delivering hands-on coaching in daily living tasks, documenting progress, and collaborating with program managers to tailor plans for each client.
