Overview
Our client, a nationally recognized leader in their industry, is looking to add an Accountant to their growing team.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$55k - $65k Depending on experience
- Oversee month-end close, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
- Manage daily accounting operations, including transaction entry, cash flow monitoring, vendor payments, and customer billing and collections.
- Conduct financial analyses, investigate variances, and prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for management review.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate across departments to improve financial procedures, maintain data integrity, and ensure efficient accounting operations across multiple locations.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Quick Books and/or Microsoft Dynamics accounting systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting multiple business units or locations.
- Familiarity with operational or facility-based accounting.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
