Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Tax Senior Accountant to play a key role in our Tax Department.
This position focuses on high-level tax preparation, review, and strategic support. You’ll work closely with the Tax Manager and leadership team to ensure complete accuracy and compliance in all tax filings while assisting with tax planning and client communication.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional experience handling business and personal tax filings, including experience with trusts or partnerships. You take pride in your accuracy, enjoy continuous learning, and are ready to grow within a professional, supportive environment.

- Prepare and review business, personal, and trust tax filings.
- Support the Tax Manager and senior leadership in strategic planning and compliance.
- Conduct tax research and identify opportunities for deductions and credits.
- Review and interpret financial statements to ensure accuracy in filings.
- Assist in tax return amendments and special projects as needed.
- Maintain organized and accurate tax records and documentation.
- Collaborate with accounting and financial planning teams to align filings with company's Financial Plans (FPs).
- 5–8 years of experience in professional tax preparation and review.
- Knowledge of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust taxation.
- Experience with Quick Books Online and Desktop required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data.
- Capable of connecting accounting information to tax outcomes.
- Organized and confident working under deadlines.
