Tax and Accounting Senior

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
• Review business financial statements
• Assist and support bookkeeping staff
• Maintain strong client communication and relationships
• Help guide and develop the future direction of the tax department
• Work collaboratively with firm leadership and staff members

• Enrolled Agent designation required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in both individual and business taxation
• Strong background in tax planning and advisory services
• Experience reviewing business financial statements
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• High level of professionalism, loyalty, and honesty
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening
