Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and post journal entries to maintain the general ledger and support month-end/year-end close
Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger balances to ensure financial accuracy
Apply GAAP-compliant revenue recognition in financial statements and reports
Review and code credit card transactions for proper classification
Process and approve employee travel and expense reimbursements
Maintain accurate accounting records and follow internal controls
Assist with schedules and documentation for audits and internal reviews
Analyze financial data to support cost control and efficiency initiatives
Support Controller with ad hoc projects and special assignments

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
2+ years of accounting experience
Proficient in Excel
