Treasury Associate

Location: IAS Headquarters – Clearwater, FL

• Send daily/monthly issue files to banks.
• Research outstanding checks for all companies.
• Place stop payments on checks and issue replacement checks when necessary.
• Send ACH debit and credit files to banks.
• Pick‑up ACH returns from banks daily and process.
• Reconcile several bank accounts from various banks for all clients, if required.
• Handle Positive Pay (paying or returning checks).
• Produce first and second notice for outstanding checks, all follow‑up.
• Verify remote deposits from Premium Accounting and file until destroyed.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of proven Banking Deposit Operations experience or equivalent.
• Treasury or Accounting experience preferred; understanding of debits and credits required.
• Insurance background preferred; familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
• Accurate 10‑key by touch and moderate Excel skills required; ability to adapt and respond to different people and tasks.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively and efficiently.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
