We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee the financial integrity of our clients. In this role, you will act as a key financial partner, ensuring books are flawless through systematic check and balances, driving accurate monthly close-outs, and translating numbers into actionable weekly and monthly reports.

• Weekly FP&A Generation:
  Develop and distribute weekly Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) reports to track client performance, cash flow, and key business metrics.
• Bookkeeping Review & Audit:
  Conduct a monthly check-and-balance review of the bookkeeping, ensuring all entries are categorized perfectly and resolving discrepancies before final reporting.
• Monthly Account Close-Outs:
  Perform thorough monthly close-outs for all client accounts, ensuring reconciliations (bank statements, credit cards, A/P, A/R) are fully tied out.
• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare, analyze, and deliver comprehensive monthly financials—specifically Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets—to clients in a timely manner.

• Have 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Are an experienced Quick Books user.
• Have a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Communicate clearly and enjoy working with people.
