Staff Accountant
Location:
St. Petersburg, FL | Hybrid
Salary: $80,000 + 10% Bonus
- Hybrid schedule with 2 remote days per week
- Work directly with an experienced Controller and Senior Accountant who prioritize mentorship and development

- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close activities
- Manage customer invoicing, cash applications, and accounts receivable processes
- Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts and supporting subledgers
- Support fixed asset accounting, prepaid expenses, and financial reporting requirements
- Staff Accountant will assist with audits, reporting, process improvements, and cross-functional finance initiatives
- Monitor collections, customer account activity, and credit-related processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and lookup functions
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system preferred
