Staff Accountant

We’re looking for an early-career Staff Accountant to join a growing accounting team in Clearwater, FL!

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their accounting career who wants hands‑on experience, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into more complex accounting responsibilities over time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support day‑to‑day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Record and process vendor invoices and customer payments
• Perform monthly account reconciliations
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and intercompany transactions
• Partner with internal teams to support accurate financial reporting
• Gain exposure to ERP systems and broader accounting processes

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred;
  Finance with an Accounting minor may also be considered
• Understanding of GAAP fundamentals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• ERP experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Coachable, eager to learn, and interested in building a long‑term career in accounting
