Overview
Job Summary Responsible for providing administrative, phone and clerical support to the Logistics Department with a focus on Inter-Franchise customers.
Salary: $20
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Send and receive emails and answer incoming and make outgoing phone calls; follow up on inquiries, field/answer routine calls/emails and non-routine questions or observations
- Facilitate the sharing of information between other Logistics staff, vendors and internal customers
- Assist in KPI reporting
- Data entry in Excel and TMW
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- 1 - 3 years prior experience as an administrative assistant or performing clerical duties
- Typing
Skills:
Minimum 35 wpm (Testing required) - Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
